This is a wine bar with a difference, where guests can enjoy fine wines sold by the glass and that houses the approximately 600 different labels that constitute Cecilia and Domenico's enviable collection of prestigious bottles.
It is located in a corner of one of the two rooms of the restaurant and has an inn-like atmosphere, enhanced by sophisticated yet extremely traditional furnishings set off by the fireplace.
The walls are covered in bottles, where wine-lovers may fantasise surrounded by wines from all over Italy accompanied by a few special French products.
The collection is built on day by day, by tasting new wines and applying rigorous selection criteria.
Domenico is firmly convinced that wine is culture, fun and a constant companion in life's special moments.
Evening winetastings are inevitably accompanied by fine cold meats and cheeses, a platter of delicious morsels and the company is often so good that you'll be up 'til late.
The wine bar offers Amaroni and Recioti from Verona, spumanti from Villa Rinaldi, reds from Vignalta and Merlot and Cabernet from Lison Pramaggiore. Then we have the Friulan La Viarte, Primosic, Schiopetto, Gravner, Jermann and Castello di Spessa. And Piedmont wines - Gaja, Conterno, Tenuta Cisa Asinari, Fontanafredda, Parusso. The Tuscans include Biondi Santi, Avignonesi, Antinori, Isole and Olena. Not to mention the verdicchi from the Marche region by Fazi Battaglia. Bubbles from Bellavista, Majolini, Contadi Castaldi and Le Marchesine. And champagnes Nicolas Feuillatte, Doquet Jeanmarie, Dom Ruinart, Dom Perignon, Arnould Michel & fils... to name but a few.
